We want to ensure that we provide a transparent and efficient process, so we have developed the following Terms of Service:

1. Project Creation: We offer fully customizable project creation services that cater to your specific needs. We will work closely with you to understand your objectives, vision, and goals for the project. We will provide regular updates and communicate with you throughout the process to ensure that the end product meets your expectations.
2. Confidentiality: We understand the importance of confidentiality in our line of work. All project information and materials provided to us by our clients will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third party without your express consent.
3. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property created during the project will belong to the client upon the final payment. We retain the right to display or promote the project as part of our portfolio or marketing efforts, unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.
4. Payment: We require a 50% deposit before the start of the project, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. Any additional expenses incurred during the project will be discussed with the client and added to the final invoice.
5. Delays: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise during a project, and we will do our best to communicate any potential delays and work with you to adjust the timeline accordingly. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
6. Revisions: We provide one round of revisions for the project. If additional revisions are required, they will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
7. Termination: Either party may terminate the project at any time by providing written notice. In the event of termination, any work completed up to that point will be invoiced and due for payment.
